“Most luxurious cruise”
Should you wish to experience Halong Bay in the most luxurious way imaginable then get onboard the Paradise Peak Cruise. We booked a 2 night 3 day cruise in the Terrace Suite and were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to the Paradise Peak from the Paradise Luxury on arrival at port where lunch was provided. On boarding the ship (on which there were only eight passenger rooms) we were greeted by our own butler – Mr. Long, who showed us to our room and explained to us all the features of the terrace suite, our itinerary for the cruise and that he & the staff were there to attend to all our needs. All of our needs were well & truly catered for. The Terrace Suite was stunning with a huge king size bed & bathroom complete with spa bath. It was comfortable, spotlessly cleaned daily, quiet and still at night and right at the front of the boat. An intimate dining room on the third deck was world class. You could order off the menu and as many courses as you desire with the meals being the best I encountered in Vietnam & all included in the price. The sights and boat trips to the various attractions were well organised with staff from the boat guiding you through the experience. We loved Halong Bay and all it had to offer and were glad to have booked the 2-night package as it was relaxed, covered the main attractions and allowed enough time between activities to relax on our own private terrace.

I had booked on another cruise at first, but after some negative reviews, I had decided to change to paradise cruise instead, and was supposed to surpise her for her birthday. There was one good decision I made and the surprise was on me myself!
I believe we were upgraded by Paradise, and their service is really top notch. We were upgraded to Paradise Peak, a 8 room ship ( I have reviewed the peak under "things to do in Halong Bay")
The journey from Hanoi was a long one, taking 4 hours. We used a shuttle bus, which was comfortable enough. The Docks at the Paradise cafe was beautiful and many parts are stil in constructions. Gve it 3 yrs and it will be a beautiful site there.
The services given by Paradise is really wonderful and it was one of the most enjoyable time there!. Do the 3D2Ns. It is worth the trip!

“Paradise Peak 2 Night / 3 Day Luxury Cruise”
We took the 2 Night / 3 Day cruise on Paradise Peak and it was truly top class. The experience was amazing. The welcome on arrival at the dock was friendly, well organised and professional. The reception area with buffet, comfortable modern furniture, free internet and w-fi was unexpected. We we're welcomed aboard by the Cruise Manager Thuy and introduced to our very own Butler Quat who did an excellent job and really looked after us very well. The cabin was incredible, big, spacious, tastefully decorated, flat screen TV, safe. Large bathroom with standalone spa bath and separate rain shower. Private dining area and sliding doors to the bow of the boat. Seafood lunch the first day was delicious and Quat prepared the crab for us. Dinner in the evenings is from an a la carte menu and you could choose as many entree's, mains and desserts as you liked. The itinerary was great. Day 1 - Visited the surprising caves, pearl farm, kayaking, cooking demo and squid fishing. Day 2 - A la carte brekkie followed by an excursion on the Paradise Cruises day boat to Cat Ba Island where you could choose to cycle or take a motorbike to the local village, after which we were shown a lunch menu back on the day boat with 8 dishes and to our amazement they served us everything on the menu. After lunch we went kayaking through some caves and then back to the Paradise Peak. Day 3 - Climbed to the summit of Ti Top Island and had chance to swim in the bay before Brekkie and then a cruise back to the harbour. I highly recommend the 2 Night cruise because of the distance from Hanoi (4 hours) and Paradise Cruises. Special thanks to the Cruise Operations Manager Edgar for entertaining us. Halong Bay is absolutely stunning and was made even more special by the staff & crew on Paradise Peak. It was the highlight of our 4 week trip to Vietnam and Cambodia.
